How to do something that frightens you or is outside of your comfort zone.
- Use a logical mind. Is the fear real or is it perceived? You may need to overcome the physiology of fear to act.
- Be considered. High risk may mean high return, but are there incremental steps you can take?
- Courage is for you and only you to assess. What is courageous to you may be different for others. Acknowledge your efforts.
