Improve Conversations

How to structure, approach and have more productive and dynamic discussions.

• Be clear on the goal of the conversation. State this early so that others understand the purpose.
• Ask open questions and don't forget to listen. It’s not a competition as to who can speak the most.
• End a conversation with clarity. Where did you get to? Is follow up needed?
