Overcome Self-doubt
How to reduce patterns of thinking that lead to low confidence and the fear of being exposed as a 'fraud'.
- Check your self-talk. Are you focusing too much on thoughts and feelings and less on facts? Remember that thoughts do not always equate to facts.
- Keep a balanced perspective. Do you focus heavily on flaws and mistakes? If so, you're likely to be 'burying' strengths and successes, giving you an unbalanced view.
- Accept positive feedback at face-value. When others give you positive reinforcement, try and see in yourself what others see in you.
