Get Timing Right

How to read the moment and know when the best time to communicate something is.

• Declutter your own thoughts. Get these in order before you start trying to bring others in.
• Check for engagement. Observe body language and other non verbal cues. You can even ask directly "Does it suit you to address this now?"
• If timing is right you'll be met with openness. If it's off, you may need to let it go for now and come back to it.
